We take pride in our products & services and understand that you may have questions not addressed elsewhere on our website, so we've created these FAQs.

Covid-19 Policy

We at Peak RES are taking extra precautions to keep you, your clients and our team members safe. In order to do our part, we are adding a temporary policy.

  • All lights, blinds, staging should be ready to go before the photographer arrives. Home will be shot as-is.
  • While it is not necessary to have anyone to accompany the photographer during the photo shoot, if needed, please limit the number of people at the appointment to no more than three (3). This can include the homeowner(s) and realtor in addition to the photographer.
  • Photographers will photograph the home without touching or moving any items. They will lock the door when they leave if needed.

Our goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy. If the home is not ready or there are more than three people at the home, the appointment is subject to rescheduling.

Who can book an appointment with Peak RES?

Anyone! We are available to agents, builders, owner-sellers, interior designers, and more.

How do I schedule my appointment?

The best way is by clicking the “Book Now” button on our home page. You will be directed to a list of our photographers along with the services each one offers. Once you click on the selected photographer, a calendar showing up-to-date availability options will appear for you to choose from.

Please note that choosing “First Available” will choose at random from all of our photographers and only provide you with regular photos and will not include drone or any other additional services for your appointment.

Can I schedule multiple homes for one time slot?

For booking multiple units/homes in one session, please send an email to admin@peakres.co for assistance in booking.

How long does an appointment usually take?

  • Appointments that include only photos are scheduled for one-hour. This includes the interior, exterior, and drone photos (upon request)
  • Additional services require more time at the appointment. The following times are estimated and could vary.
  • HD video Walkthrough and Matterport 3D (pro and basic) - additional 1-hour
  • Drone video, Zillow Video, Zillow 3D, Floorplans - additional 15 mins

How much do your services cost?

Our prices for residential properties are based on the square footage per unit.

For example, a multi-unit property (duplex, triplex, etc) would be charged based on the square footage of each unit and is not calculated by the total square footage of all units.

How soon will I receive photos, videos, etc?

  • Photos, Matterport 3D, Zillow Video & 3D Services, and Floor Plans are all delivered next day.
  • HD and Drone Video and Virtual Staging services are delivered 2nd day delivery.
  • If you do not receive your product in those timelines PLEASE contact us so we can resolve the issue ASAP.

Can I get my photos same day?

While we guarantee your photos being delivered next day, sometimes our photographers are able to get them back to you same day. However, it is solely at the discretion of the photographer whether their schedule will allow for that kind of turnaround. If available, photos will be sent before midnight and an additional $40 expedite fee will be added to your invoice.

To request same-day photos please list it in the notes when you schedule your appointment and most importantly discuss it with your photographer at the time of the appointment to confirm if it is possible or not.

What is the re-shoot policy?

The re-shoot policy extends to listing photos only. Any other service that is re-shot will result in a new appointment charge.

Reshoots must be scheduled within one year of first photoshoot by the same person who scheduled the original photoshoot to qualify as a re-shoot.

Reshoot must be performed by the original photographer.

Existing homes (this includes remodels) will include one free re-shoot and new construction homes will include two free re-shoots. Thereafter, re-shoots will be priced at the rate of 50% of the original price each time. Reshoots may be ordered up to one year after the original shoot.

You can request your re-shoot by clicking the “Schedule Reshoot” button on our Book Now page — booking re-shoots as a new appointment is subject to cancellation and/or charging as a new appointment.

How do I access my virtual tour pages?

Branded and Unbranded (MLS) tours can be found on your dashboard at View Shoot by logging in using the email that was used to book your initial appointment.

What is your service area?

We service within a 30-mile radius of OKC and Tulsa metro areas. To check to see if your listing falls within our 30-mile radius we use the default location in Google Maps as our starting location points for OKC (should show up at Main/Robinson intersection) and Tulsa (should show up at Boulder/2nd Street intersection).

Do you travel outside your service area?

For appointments outside of our normal service area a fee of 50 cents per mile round trip will be charged. To submit a travel request visit our website and click the Travel Request button. We will send your request to our team and get back to you with our available options. 

Please note that during busier seasons it may take longer or not be possible to accommodate these requests. While we will try our best, we cannot guarantee these appointments.

These appointments should always be scheduled as a travel request to allow time for our photographers to get from one appointment to the next. If scheduled as a regular appointment it will be subject to cancellation.

Do you shoot commercial properties or other projects?

Yes! If you have a commercial project or special project outside of residential real estate you would like pricing for feel our style would be a good fit and would like pricing for, please contact us so we can request more specific information and get you a quote tailored to your project(s).
