This Company Policy outlines our standards to ensure consistency. We want to provide the best possible services by standards established here.

Scheduling


  • You may book an appointment here.
  • Please provide the exact address, including zip code and up to date gate codes, door codes or lock box codes.
  • If the address shows incorrect on GPS (Google Maps, Apple Maps, etc.) Please provide the nearest intersection or point of interest.
  • Also, provide us with general information about the property including square footage, acreage size and unique features.
  • Please let us know about any special requests and extra services (aerial photos, areas of the home not being photographed, etc.)

Service

  • Our service area is a 30 mile radius of OKC and Tulsa.
  • Outside of that 30 mile radius we ask that you complete the travel request form.
  • A travel fee of $1 per mile round trip will be charged for appointments outside of our service area.

Before the Shoot

  • We recommend that you work with a professional stager to get the property ready and to ensure that it shows to the best of its potential.
  • We have created a Home Prep Checklist so that the home will be ready to be photographed prior to our arrival.

At The Shoot

  • As we're shooting, we make every effort to make a room look “magazine ready”, Peak RES is not responsible for any onsite staging, de-cluttering, cleaning, or landscaping.
  • Agents and/or homeowners are expected to have the property cleaned and staged prior to the photo shoot.
  • Appointments will usually take between 1 and 2 hours depending on the size and complexity of the property and number of services performed.
  • If the property is not ready to be photographed, please make every effort to reschedule 24 hours prior to the shoot.

Travel

  • We service within a 30-mile radius of OKC and Tulsa metro areas. To check to see if your listing falls within our 30-mile radius, we use the default location in Google Maps as our starting location points. For OKC (Main/Robinson intersection) and Tulsa (Boulder/2nd Street intersection).
  • For appointments outside of our normal service area for a fee of $1 per mile round trip will be charged.
  • To submit a travel request, visit our website and click the "Travel Request" button. We will send your request to our team and get back to you with our available options. Please note that during busier seasons it may take longer or not be possible to accommodate these requests. While we will try our best, we cannot guarantee these appointments.

Cancellation

  • Please attempt to cancel or re-schedule with at least a 24 hour advance notice.
  • In the event of inclement weather precluding exterior photography, a reshoot of the property exterior will be scheduled at the earliest possible time. If weather conditions warrant rescheduling, we leave it up to our photographers discretion to reschedule.
  • We assume we are still shooting the property (interiors) unless you call/email us to reschedule. If you would like to reschedule, we ask that you do it with as much notice as possible.
  • Same Day cancellations can be subject to a small fee.

Reshoot


  • The reshoot policy extends to listing photos only. Any other service that is reshot will result in a new appointment charge.
  • Reshoot must be performed by the original photographer.
  • Please attempt to cancel or re-schedule with at least a 24 hour advance notice.
  • Existing homes (this includes remodels) will include one free reshoot and new construction homes will include two free reshoots. Thereafter, reshoots will be priced at the rate of 50% of the original price each time. Re-shoots may be ordered up to one year after the original shoot.
  • You can request your reshoot by clicking here - booking reshoots as a new appointment is subject to cancellation and/or charging as a new appointment.
  • Reshoots must be scheduled within one year of the first photo shoot by the same client who scheduled the original photo shoot to qualify as a reshoot.
  • In the event of inclement weather precluding exterior photography, a reshoot of the property exterior will be scheduled at the earliest possible time.

Payment

  • Invoices will be sent electronically.
  • Payment may be made via credit card, bank draft, or check.
  • Payment is required before the media will be delivered.
  • Full payment is expected within 10 days.

Late Fee

  • Invoice is due and payable on receipt. Unless other and prior arrangements are made, we consider invoices overdue at 10 days, and grossly overdue at 30 days.
  • Invoices overdue after 30 days will be charged an additional $25 interest per week.
  • Licensing of media may be suspended if accounts are overdue by more than 10 days.

Delivery of Media

  • Photos are delivered the next day following the shoot via email. Same day delivery is available for an additional $40.
  • HD videos, drone videos and virtual staging are delivered the second day following the shoot via email.
  • Matterport, Zillow video, Zillow 3D and Floor Plans are delivered the next day following the shoot via email.

Matterport Pro/Basic hosting

  • Hosting of the 3D Virtual Tour model is through Matterport™.
  • 3D Matterport Virtual Tours provided by Peak RES include hosting for 6 months. After 6 months, your 3D Matterport Virtual Tour will be archived and both the branded and unbranded links will no longer be active.
  •  For continued hosting after 6 months, Client agrees to set up an account through Matterport™ at Client’s expense. Peak RES can then transfer your 3D Matterport Virtual Tour to your account.

Drone Services

  • Drone photos are FREE when added at the time of scheduling.
  • Drone photos must be scheduled with one of our certified drone pilots.
  • Failing to schedule drone photos with a certified photographer resulting in another photographer coming out will incur an additional charge.
  • Drone footage can be added for FREE to our HD Video Walkthrough service at the time of scheduling. Simply add in the notes that you would like drone footage

Licensing Rights & Usage

  • All media produced by Peak RES for an agent may be used by that agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent’s self-promotion.
  • Please note however, that all media is owned and copyrighted by Peak RES, and licensed only to the agent and not to any third parties.
  • You may not transfer or sell any of the images. Any usage of the media by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved and licensed in writing by Peak RES.
  • Violation of this provision constitutes a violation of U.S. federal copyright laws and may subject the offending party/parties to legal action.

Right of Refusal & Termination

Peak RES reserves the right to refuse service and deny booking with anyone at any time, without exception or explanation.

Agree to Terms & Conditions

  • 
The Client agrees to these Terms by hiring Peak RES for their services.
  • Client acknowledges that such an agreement and these Terms constitute a binding contract between Client and Peak RES.
  • Furthermore, Client agrees that Client has read and fully comprehends the Terms before scheduling services with Peak RES.
